Hours: 32-40 hours Monday – Friday, flexible schedule maintaining core hours 9:30am – 5:00pm, except on Fridays, 9:30-3:00pm

We partner with organization leaders to provide “people strategies” throughout the entire talent lifecycle. This may include creating customized analyses and training, coaching, benchmarking performance processes, and targeted program development. About the position: We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Training Facilitator, with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. In this role, you will become knowledgeable in all areas of operation that are critical to the success of the business and function as a backup to the Senior Training Facilitator. This will include assisting with content development for leadership training programs (PowerPoint presentations, printed materials, artistic environments for play-based learning), client communications, pre-planning, computer-based technical skills for virtual trainings, and organization, assisting or facilitating in-person training programs, and measuring effectiveness through follow-up assessments. You may also be asked to perform routine administrative, computer-based tasks in support of the owner and team.

- Is extremely detail-oriented and organized
- Enjoys writing and demonstrates outstanding grammar and communication skills
- Is well-versed in professional dress and meeting etiquette (virtual and in person)

- Loves working as a team player and cross-training additional duties as needed

- Is open to working towards industry-specific certifications

Essential Tasks of the Assistant Training Facilitator:
- Plan and edit in-person and remote leadership training programs and associated curriculum under direction of the CEO and training team
- Design dynamic visual presentations in MS PowerPoint
- Coordinate workshop/training logistics with clients and facilities
- Assist with running training programs and fill in for Senior Facilitator as needed
- Measure client’s return on investment to assess quality of service
- Review program metrics and enhance components as needed
- Learn behavioral assessment software, run reports, and answer client’s questions
- Import, organize, and maintain lists in MS Excel
- Provide excellent customer service (in person, over video/phone, and written)
- Travel to in-person workshops and load/unload printed materials from your car (annual average of once per quarter)
- Serve as backup for office staff when working onsite:
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages
- Greet and field visitors to the office
- Print, file, or scan paperwork
Requirements
This job might be for you if you:
- Have 2+ years of administrative experience
- Have strong MS PowerPoint skills
- Enjoy writing correspondence
- Are well versed in managing Zoom and TEAMS meetings and breakout rooms
- Have experience with Mirro (preferred)
- Are dedicated to improving your skill set through hard work
- Are able to pass a criminal background check and credit check
- Have your own reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Have a dedicated home office, organized and free from distractions
- Have High-speed Internet in your home
- Are within a 40-minute drive to Tallahassee, FL (capable of working in-office 2 days a week)
- Are vaccinated against COVID-19
- Are a non-smoker
